Zack Seward

Multimedia Journalist

Update time: I now work for WHYY in Philadelphia. I’m manning the station’s new Innovations Desk, covering cool ideas bubbling up across the region. That’s life sciences, tech, social entrepreneurship, you name it. Drop me a line.

Hey, everybody. If you want to know what I’m up to these days, check out my recent work over at the Innovation Trail.

I’m a multimedia journalist and a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

I’m heading to Rochester, New York to work for WXXI!

At Columbia I focused on both radio and video production. I completed a long-form radio master’s project on the unseen world of recycling in New York City. My video work has been featured on OnEarth.org and WNET’s MetroFocus.

Before coming to Columbia I worked for the PBS NewsHour.

I’m a graduate of the University of Chicago. I’m originally from San Francisco.
